Your appointment begins with a review of your mobility, balance, physical function, goals, environment and current challenges.
Step 2: Receive Personalized Recommendations
Based on your assessment, you will receive recommendations regarding suitable equipment categories, sizing, features and functional considerations.
Step 3: Equipment Referral
When appropriate, referral documentation can be provided to South Surrey Medical Equipment, Landmark Medical Systems retailers or another qualified equipment provider selected by the client.
Step 4: Product Selection and Fulfillment
The medical-equipment supplier confirms product availability, pricing, ordering, delivery, warranty coverage and any applicable funding requirements.
Step 5: Follow-Up Support
Follow-up appointments may be arranged to review equipment use, mobility, gait, exercise progression and return-to-function goals.
